Returns and Refund Policy


Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@truathletegear.com to obtain a return authorization number.

Processing Time:

  • You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Important Note:
For items valued over $50, We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Our policy allows returns within 20 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards
Clearance or close-out items (All sales are final for these items).

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

  1. Email info@truathletegear.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
  3. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
  1. Recheck your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take time for the refund to be processed.

Stock Clearance Items:
All sales are final for clearance and close-out items
