Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@truathletegear.com to obtain a return authorization number.
Processing Time:
- You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning an item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Important Note:
For items valued over $50, We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Our policy allows returns within 20 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

Clearance or close-out items (All sales are final for these items).

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
